Raggle Taggle Arts create professional performance based projects for outdoor and indoor spaces, merging the folk traditions of the past with the present.
From projects creating performances with community groups and schools to professional works for international street and stage shows, Raggle Taggle Arts use music, dance and theatre to create exciting work that is accessible and engaging for all comunities.
The company have toured extensively in the UK and internationally including China,Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Egypt,Portugal, Ireland, Spain.
Laurence Marshall

Laurence has been a street performer for over 15 years.
Laurence Trained in music at Leeds College of Music and began his career as a session musician playing with all sorts of bands. More recently Laurence is known for his classic style one man band playing 15 instruments simultaneously as a popular walk-about act internationally. This lead to the coupling with Phoebe Ophelia as ‘The Old Time Rags’ music and dance act who have toured exteniveley for the past 7 years making outdoor, cabaret, theatre and festival performances.

Phoebe Ophelia is a dance artist, musician and rehearsal director and has been performing, making and presenting art as a mover, musician and storyteller, nationally and internationally. Her practice includes percussive dance (Appalachian Step/Lancashire Clog) complimented through her contemporary dance training from Northern School of Contemporary Dance (NSCD) and traditional folk music (Song, Fiddle, Banjo).
